About Adrian

Welcome to coaching!

I am looking forward to working with you!

Adrian’s Story

Adrian came to coaching because he wanted to lead a simpler life, while building a legacy. He wanted consistency with fewer ups and downs, steady employment, and the ability to make decisions based on his inner knowing, rather than what he thought he “should” do. He wanted his actions to match his values and goals. He wanted to live by his gut more and his head less.

He lives by the quote ” Aspire to inspire, before one expires”, which he holds dear to his heart.

He learned how to make decisions consciously rather than impulsively, recognize when he was avoiding conflict, and express his needs. He began to live his life from the inside out rather than living by what he thought others wanted for him.

We Care.

Now I want to give back.

We help people move forward and set personal and professional goals that will give them the life they really want.

Can offer you a fresh perspective on why you maybe haven’t been able to achieve the big goals you’ve wanted in the past.

Helping you to identify those limiting beliefs so that you can push forward rather than feeling left behind.

Leadership is Action, Not Position.

Improve the ability to see the big picture and take a longer range, broader business perspective. Learn to step back from the day-to-day tactical details of my business and focus on the “why”, not just the “what” and “how”

Learn how to understand, interpret, and use “the numbers” to improve your business.

Improve ones ability to assess, hire, promote, and develop

All the best,

Adrian

Wow quite inspiring! Many question from me though because I’ve always feared of living a life of mediocrity like my parents and… well pretty much the rest of the family.
How hard did you really have to work?
Were there a lot of sleepless nights because you had to truly give it your all?
Did you ever stumble and were you ever tempted to give up?

Yes I had to work really hard to get to where I’m at, but that does not mean I stopped working. Every day is filled with new challenges, which means I still have to work hard. Giving it my all, yes caused me to lose many sleepless nights. However, even though I lost sleep , I replaced that sleep with knowledge that I can now call skills that I obtain and can benefit from for the rest of my life. Growing up, I learned only you can stop YOU from doing the things you want to do. In order to change your life you first have to change your mindset. Yes I stumbled , sometimes I fell, but that did not stop me to keep pushing because every failure is just a Lesson learned. There is times, where everybody wants to quit whatever there doing, some quit, and some keep pushing, the ones who keep pushing are the ones who end up becoming successful because no matter how hard things got they still found a way to make a way. Indeed, those who quit when the going got tough are the ones who do not end up becoming successful because they look at problems as an gateway to leave the circumstance rather then facing them and learn from there mistakes. The Key is to keep pushing no matter what. Only YOU can stop YOU from doing anything YOU want to do. If you can see it you can create it.
