If you are thinking about becoming an entrepreneur, you are more than likely wondering what it truly takes. There’s no cookie-cutter answer that applies to everyone. Success as an entrepreneur, your ultimate goal is to take a business from zero to hero. For most of us, this doesn’t happen overnight. For entrepreneurs looking to start or grow a business, the Internet offers a fairly unlimited and mostly untapped customer base. There are many successful lifestyle entrepreneurs, but they are just scratching the surface of the opportunity that’s available.

Find a Profitable Target Audience

The more important point is to make sure your “niche,” or target audience, can afford to pay you. Too many entrepreneurs pick a group that interests them but can’t afford their products and services. Hi Adrian. as you say being an entrepreneur needs you to make a commitment for the long haul. It is not a get rich overnight kind of business. It does not mean making a quick buck and then disappearing, leaving your customer high and dry. There are too many people like this online.

Finding a profitable target audience is a must, or you are heading for failure. I agree you have to work out what is good for you in your business and go with it. Copying other successful people does not always work.

Delivering value to your customers is also a must, we have all been left in the lurch by someone who has taken our money. never to be seen again.

The lifestyle business plan is something I need to set aside time for. Get my goals set and work out what I want from the future.

Thanks for this interesting post, it has got me thinking,
